I have a question about AP.

*It took me a long time to write this because my intention is NOT to upset anyone. I am really just looking for some answeres.

I guess I am confused as to what AP really is. Does mean the parents and child are literally attached most of the time? Are there benefits to this type of parenting (I assume there are)? Do you have to co-sleep or bed share (I think thats what I read)?
