Fever of 102.7- call dr??

We don't have much experience with fevers...  Should I call dr?  Should I give motrin?

He's a little over 2.  He was a little cranky/lethargic after his nap.  He's fine right now chilling in front of Sesame Street....  He also had one diarrhea diaper this afternoon.

Thanks for advice!

I would only call if the fever doesnt go down after motrin and a tepid bath or if its higher than 104

I wouldn't call. He probably just has a virus.

When there's any sign of upset stomach, I opt for tylenol.

Just like Kristie said, if the fever won't respond to meds or goes over 104, then I'd call.
