How much egg beaters equal one egg?

Say a large egg - just because that's usually what I buy.  If it says on the package, I haven't looked - not at home though so can't look.

Yep.  On the box it says 1/4 cup egg beaters= 1 large egg.

I made egg salad with egg beaters once. It was gross. I just use egg whites and a little big of the yolk to make egg salad -- maybe one yolk to 4 whites.
