Ouch!

So I've had lower back pain since before I got my BFP. It's also something that I've always gotten right before my period. So it's a pain, but really no big deal to me. BUT...this morning I was awoken from extreme lower back pain. It was horrible. Nothing that I did could relieve it...I just had to wait it out (about 45 minutes). This was the second time this has happened. The first time was about a week ago immediately after DH and I had sex. Should I be concerned?

Call your dr! Have you had an ultrasound yet to check for ectopic? I don't want to freak you out, but I would be telling my Dr EVERY time I had something alarming like that happen.
