BBT ??

hi girls...i hate being so busy and unable to bump...saw some sad news and good news on here so congrats and hugs to all who need it!

so my issue is.....for some twisted reason DH had an alarm set for 4freakingAM...so i hear an alarm and grab my thermometer and tick in my mouth, confused at the darkness...after i beep and see 97.10 (omg) i realize it's not 6:30am....so i grumble and reset my alarm for 7am. at that time my temp is 96.53....i need to be 97.1 or above for it to count as a shift...can i cuont my 4am temp or average it with my 7am? or just record the 7am?

thanks a bunch...oh and i have my third interview monday (and am already ont he schedule to start that tuesday lol) so we have the weekend to take SIL to get her car from upstate (she was staying with fam for the summer and had an allergic reaction and had to come home and go to the hospital and MIL went to get her and her car and stuff is still there)...and they are all about religion and god and we are gonna be soooooo out of place lol. it's gonna be a loooooooooong weekend lol.

    Do you use FF? If so put in the 4am temp and put the time as 4:00am, it will give you an open circle but after the next few days you should be able to tell if it was a legitamite temp. I will wake up at 3:00 sometimes to pee and I automatically temp when I wake up, usually when I temp again at my normal time, the temp is higher unless I had trouble falling back asleep/ So what I'm trying to say is that if it was 97.1 at 4:00am chances are it would have beenat least that or higher had you not woken up at all. I hope this makes sense

    that's the weird part. if i toss and turn or talk and move my temps are usually LOWER...which baffles hte hell out of me. i went as low as 96.1 an barely slep the night prior to that one...i checked the batteries in my thermometer and everything's kosher. and i use FF...i plugged in the 7am one but in the notes put the 4am temp. thanks.

    When I toss and turn my temps are lower too, they only go up if I fall back in to a good sleep
