Formal Wear/Suits for Toddler Boys

Jackson will be going to my SIL's wedding in October, and both MH and I are in the wedding.  He is not, but he will be in pictures w/ the rest of MH's family [all of whom are in the wedding, BIL/SIL are also BMs/GMs].  He needs to be pretty dressed up [I'm thinking black suit w/ a green tie since all the men will be in black tuxes and green is my SIL's accent color - the BM dresses are black as well] to fit in the pictures, IMO.

I was thinking of just buying the black suit from Janie & Jack b/c I have a 20% off online coupon to use, and there are some other things I want.  But, the black pants are only in size 3-6 months.

So where have you bought a suit/formal wear for your toddler?

I bought Jake's tux at a men's formal store it was $70 for the shirt, pants, vest, bow-tie, and jacket.

Hmpf, I would think a post about formal wear for Toddlers would be five stars, not 1.

Have you looked online at bestdressedchild.com?  I don't know if they have suits but they have nice stuff so maybe you'll find something there.

We actually found a suit for DS1 at JC Penney - they have quite a few there...I am blanking on the name...Van Heuson (however you spell that).  And the best part is that it is really cheap from Penneys.  I looked online but they aren't there.  I don't know about the green tie, but you could always have someone make one too.

We bought suits for our boys at JCPenney's last year. ?They weren't as nice as the J&J ones, but they still looked very nice.

PAC has a suit from here. My mom's coworkers bought it together. It's really, really nice, but very $$$$.

Ooo awesome about JCP!  I was hoping to find something decent, but not too $$$ as he'll likely only wear it once or twice.  If he still fits in it next summer, he's going to wear it as a ring bearer in my brother's wedding, instead of a tux.

I found a new suit on eBay for about $25 delivered.  It was polyester, but super cute.  Jacket, tie, shirt, pants.
