Pedi concerned about smelly urine.

DD2 just turned one last week. She's had smelly urine for most of the past year. It's something that I always forgot to mention at her check-ups. At least once per day she'll have a wet diaper that smells like sulfur. The pedi gave me a list of things to watch out for. She said that if DD develops any new symptoms, we'll be sent to a geneticist. I'm a little freaked out by this. She did say that if it was a major enzyme deficiency- like Tay Sachs or PKU- we would have noticed developmental delays by now. She said she's perfectly healthy right now, but we need to look out for any foods that irritate her or a change in her urine or growth. Anyone else deal with this?
