Level II u/s

Had a level II today.  A little early due to previous loss.  Everything is measuring great and things look good.  So why can't I stop the nagging feeling and just finally get excited about this pregnancy. I think my emotions leading up to today have been a little all over the place so hopefully it is just that!

    So happy that all is measuring right on track and hopefully, with this behind you, you will be able to relax and enjoy the remainder of your pregnancy!!

    your feelings are completely rational considering your previous loss.  w/ DD (#1), i started to let those "what if" thoughts go when i started to feel her move.  her moving inside me was kind of a reassurance that things were going well.  H&H for the rest of your time!!!

    I'm always going to have some trepidation going into an U/S, so you may always feel that way, too.  It's just human nature.   But I agree.. once you start feeling kicks, you'll probably relax more.

    I totally relate.  I didn't start to relax until I felt regular movement, and I still freak out that something's wrong now and then - and this is with a clear amnio and regular ultrasounds.

    It's okay to be nervous!  Slowly the optimism will overpower the worry, and you'll start feeling good most of the time!
