Pumping for travel...will this work?

I have never been able to pump much milk, usually only about 2 oz. from each side.  I have to go out of town, be gone 2 days and 2 nights, and was planning to pump while I am gone.  The twins will get formula from bottles while I am gone.  Do you think I will be able to go back to nursing when I get home?  I was planning to start gradually weaning them in about 2 weeks because I am going back to work.  But I really wanted it to be on our own terms and gradual instead of cold turkey due to being gone.  I'm worried that since I can't pump much, the "demand" won't be much, and my supply will drop off. They are almost 7 mo.
