CD obsession

I am not even pregnant and have no children and yet am obsessed with all the fluff I see.  Someone posted dipes from four little fluff bugs last night and they are my latest obsession.  I want to order diapers now and start a stash for when I am pregnant....this is so wrong!!!  I just can't help but be obsessed by all the siggy pics of your fluffy butts.  I blame my obsession on this board now.

This is why I have 8 newborn diapers and I'm not pregnant or even trying to conceive.  We didn't cloth diaper until DS was 5 months so I'm obsessed with newborn diapers so I hear you!

I'm in the same boat!  We are TTC, but with no luck so far.  I'm so obsessed with CDs that I check Spots all the time, just to see what kind of deals are out there, knowing that I won't buy any of them anyway.  I also blame this board!

Maybe this will come back to bite me in the butt, but I don't have kids and won't ttc for probably 2 more years or so.... and I already have quite a stash of diapers. I have prefolds, covers, and pockets. I am obsessed with wool covers right now, and even have had some customs made! I also learned to knit "for real" over the 4th of July weekend and have been seeking yarn so I can knit soakers/shorties/longies..... This board is to blame but I'm not complaining a bit. It is fun. I realize if we have no success at ttc, then I will have to sell it. I pray that doesn't happen. I really want a baby and I really want to CD!!!!

Same here!  I won't let myself buy anything yet, but I am planning on learning how to knit so I can make wool covers!

Nice to know that I am not alone in my obsession!  If I cave and buy any cloth I will not beat myself up for it either now...haha!

Here is my take...window shop now and wait until you have a bay because there are always new products and new innovations.  Plus, you don't know what will work for your baby and if you buy too much now you could end up getting stuck with stuff you can't use and that has little or no resale value later.

There will always be adorable fluff.  That I am 100% sure of.

On the other end of the spectrum, I kind of wish I would've had at least some cd's to start off with.  Now I have 10 weeks to get what I need for our LO.  I know we are saving money in the long run, but the initial investment can still be quite a shock.  Wet bags, wipes, prefolds, covers, fitteds, good laundry detergent...  It adds up quick.
