Appendix pain can migrate...but for me that was dull and achy like SUPER bad heart burn. My pain was in my ULQ and it organ is in your LRQ. Wonkey. Hope you feel better!

Much worse than O pain

It's worse than anything I've felt pretty much.  I'm going to the doc at 11, so we'll see.

My biggest fear is that they'll tell me it's a 30 pound tumor complete with teeth and hair.

I work in the ER, so you probably don't want my differential dx, but here it goes:

1.  ruptured ovarian cyst / ovarian torsion

2.  ectopic pg

3.  kidney stone

I am still going with something ovarian. I hope its not a tumor with tooth and hair! Molar pregnancies are pretty gross!!

When I get cysts they are the worst pain when they rupture. Sounds like what you are describing...

When you go today are they doing an ultrasound?

If it is a cyst, you should be able to either see the cyst or some free fluid if it jsut ruptured.

You are in the right time of your cycle for one too.

Okay this might be nosey, LOL, but are you constipated? I had a bad pain like that for quite a while, I even had an U/S and it came up with nothing. I was very constipated and the pain would often fluctuate when I didnt go to the bathroom.

For me it's almost always ovulation....or an ovarian cyst which I have the pleasure of developing frequently.
