Numbness in leg(s)??

I have been getting numbness in my upper legs (above my knees and especially on the right) whenever I am standing or walking around.  I didn't have this (that I remember) with my other pregnancies and I'm just wondering if any of you have the same (or similar) feeling.  Anyone heard of what this is, or have an opinion?  I keep meaning to bring it up at my appointments, but I keep forgetting!  I need to write it down this time! 

P.S. I wrote this on the 3rd tri board hoping to get some answers there, too.

It could be something non pregnancy related and an orthopedic issue. I'd mention this to your OB first and he/she will refer you elsewhere if need be.  I've had two knee surgeries prior to my pregnancy and the weight gain, Relaxin, etc. has caused some problems with my knees (and hips).

I'm numb on my upper right leg as well.  My OB/GYN said it happens and not to worry unless you can't walk which I can....

I was hoping that was pregnancy related! It started happening at about 7 weeks and I notice it more frequently. I was going to ask at my appt next week. Good to know I'm not alone...

I've developed one numb spot on the heel of my left foot.  I only really notice is when I squat or bend to pick something up, it's really strange!
