  • Me too. I have been back to work 5 months now and Im still sad everyday I come to work. Ugh. Daycare sends me pictures every now and then so thats a perk. Plus I switched my hours so I get off at 3pm to spend more time with him after I get off.

I switched my hours too!  I work 7-3:30 now so I can spend more time with him at night...since that was when he was more awake.  Now, after being at day care, he's more alert/awake in the morning and less so at night.  I can't win.  LOL

  • It's hard to be a working mom. But after my 12 weeks was up and I went back I was suprised how happy I was to be back at work. It gave me a much needed break to help me be a better mom when I'm at home with her. Maybe you will find that to be the case too. GL

  • I couldn't agree more.  It is hard. I am back three weeks and am really struggling with the fact that I only see him 2 hours each night.  I changed my hours 8-4 and don't get home till 5.  He goes to bed about 7/7:30 and is never awake before I leave.
  • I have to go through this next week... I'm not looking forward to it at all!
