NER: Fate? (long)

I'll try to make this as short as possible, but bear with me.

I posted a couple days ago about me wanting to get into going to church. Neither I nor DH have ever really been into church, but I did go to a youth group during high school and grew up in the catholic church going twice a year and CCD, so it's not foreign to me, but nothing I was interested in either. Well, now with two kids, so much to be thankful for, and just a stressful life that is sometime hard to deal with, I feel like we need to start going to church and becoming involved more with our community through church. I also think it would be a good place for DH and I (and our kids) to meet others since all our old friends are either single or don't have kids and the relationships have sadly fizzeled away.

We are also in the market for a new vehicle. I had seen a specific one on craigslist a few weeks ago, called on it, planned to meet to see it. But DH just wouldn't go with me b/c it was more than he wanted to spend. We've continued to look but haven't found anything as nice as the one we had seen on craigslist. I went to go look up the person's number again, but the post had expired. I even knew the neighborhood it was in, but it's a huge neighborhood, so I drove around looking for it, but no luck. So yesterday I decided to google the vechicle + the town and it just so happened that they had posted it on their church's website (which we went to a few times years ago). Long story short.....not only are we going to look at the vechicle and hopefully get it, BUT, I've also been emailing back and forth about 20 times in 2 days with the lady who owns it. We have a lot in common and she's invited us to attend church with them sometime.

Anyway, I just thinks it's funny how things work out....

Oh how fabulous! I've been asking a few people in your area about where they go and whether they'd recommend it to someone, but no answers yet. I think this is a better "answer," and I hope it works out for your family!
