I'm making refrigerator pickles!!!!

DH went out last night and got me a flat (I didn't realize you couldn't buy just one jar) of quart Ball wide mouth jars...

Today I washed them up, got all my ingredients ready, and made 2 quarts of the pickles! DH and I cheated and ate a few shortly after I put everything together, and they were good. I wonder what they'll be like when they are actually done?!

I had to modify the pickles a little bit, but I am sure they'll be great. 

At 8pm, I'll be saying "nomnomnomnomnom!"

I made some last night!  They are yummy   I got pint jars instead of quarts and did two jars, since I have more canning recipes that call for pints than for quarts and I can use the rest easily.

I've been hearing a lot about these.  Do you have a link to the recipe?

I used this recipe: https://sarahsfabday.blogspot.com/2009/05/refrigerator-pickles.html  That's the one I kept seeing posted on here.  I used some fresh dill instead of seed and used a couple cloves of garlic, sliced, instead of onions
