I was on ttc after loss for awhile - but it was hard being on there seeing girls go through a loss and get pg again within 2-3 months...it's been 7 months for us and we are still at square 1 with the treatments - I've had 3 cycles with an O (1 clomid, 1 on my own, and 1 femara) that were all bfn despite a perfect shg, hsg, and SA....i'm not only worried about loss again but also about being able to get pg....

i loved clomid but I used it two rounds and it thinned out my lining - the first time we got pg, but my lining was only 4.4 when I had two mature follies....even so we got pg with twins and everything seemed fine but I started bleeding and developed a hematoma around 13 weeks...the babies hung in there and the hematoma was almost gone but in the end, it got infected (at least so the doc told me) and my water broke on one baby and I lost them both at about 17 wks on Jan 2nd....
the second time I used clomid was back in april with dr barnett....he put me on estrace too and my lining only got up to 5.75 when I had a 20 mm follie...since clomid progressively thins the lining, he said no more clomid. After I switched back to Dr. Wilson, she agreed and started me on femara....
my lining this time is 6.4 with an 18.5 mm follie - not GREAT, but better than with clomid and I still have 3 days for it to plump up a little more....I hope it gets to 8 and this is our month...I know I've only had 2 medicated cycles since the m/c, (the first one ruined with stress fighting insurance the whole time) but seeing we got pg with a thin lining our first try last sept, I am starting to get worried....

Yea, my lining was only a 6 today at my day 13 u/s, but I'm hoping it gets close to 8 by trigger time on Weds.
Try not to worry too much about not being pg yet. I try to remind myself that it can take "normal" couples a whole year to get pg, so we're still in the ballpark. Keep your chin up! ((HUGS))
your lining looks good on clomid - my lining was thinner and my eggs more mature...
I hope so - it seems like such a crapshoot - last time I got pg with twins when it seemed unlikely i would get pg at all...this time I've had all the tests done and we are a-okay (dh is superman apparently) other than pcos - but if they get me ovulating, the pcos shouldn't be an issue.....but no pg yet despite having 2 follies and a better lining last month....i just wonder when how many perfect cycles it takes with no pg before they start worrying something else is an issue.

Re: sliz
I actually live in Corinth too - right off post oak and robinson in the Estates (the Oakmont golf course area).
Too funny....
how do you get to PM's?
Go to the green bar to your left <------- and scroll down under "my boards" in green. It says "Check private messages" in black, just click on that.
You should also join us over on TTC after a Loss (under boards to your left). That's the board I'm usually on, but I also pop over here too.
Wow. Well, this is our 7th month as well... I see that our losses were both in Jan.
This is also my 3rd cycle with an O... if I still O in a couple days. All have been on 50 mg Clomid.
May I ask why you switched from the Clomid?
