So...wish me luck

I am calling Comcast to ask them to adjust my bill.  We are STILL having trouble with reception and internet usage.  I'm hoping to get some $$ back or a free PPP movie or something.  This is a joke.

  • Good luck!  I had to call them last week since our bill doubled and it was pretty painless - they knocked it back down to the promo rate.

  • Well...I had to call our service guy (it's been such an ordeal we have a special number) and once he puts in the call then we can get an adjustment.

    Grrrrr.  So. Sick. Of. This.

  • I hope they can work something out with you & resolve things & the problem gets fixed. When we had them, I remember on several occasions we had issues with connection, etc. We use another local company now since comcast doesn't come out to where we moved to (out in the middle of nowhere) & haven't had a single problem yet *knock on wood* & it'll be a year in Sept.

    Yep.  We get static all the time too.  That is when we actually can get a connection. Grrr.
