Paypal is down?

 I just tried to go to paypal to brint off an address and it's down.  Is this true for everyone or just me?

i just printed a shipping label not too long ago off paypal and it was fine then??  i'll log back in and look

ETA: yeah sprucing things up though mine says by 11:20 PDT not 1?

Thanks ladies!  Glad to know it's not just me.  I was able to get the address in Etsy and do an old school mailing label.  Looks unprofessional, but I rather mail it out sooner than later.
