Help. What do I put in the crock pot for dinner?

I have lots of ingredients but don't know what to make.

Short ribs?  Pork Loin Roast?  Whole Chicken?  Chicken Breasts?

 

It nees to be easy and it nees to go in the crock pot.  I can't stand for long.

I'm not a fan of BBQ, but DH *LOVES* when I just toss one in and throw in some BBQ sauce (& jelly).... I don't tell him about the jelly though.  It's my secret

I made cream cheese chicken (w/ boneless skinless breasts) the other day... it was SO good.  DH loved it (he's hard to please).  I got the recipe off of Crock Pot 365 but altered it a bit.

It was really yummy.  I did need to add a little honey and a little salt at the end to boost the flavors a bit but it was great over all.  Next time I'm going to add spinach while cooking it because it really made it taste great.

 

I just put in a combo of short ribs and shanks with carrots, beets, onions & kale in a homemade BBQ sauce that I threw together using red wine, ketchup, molasses,  garlic powder, cayanne, paprika & chili powder.  We shall see.
