I really want chocolate cake.  But I hated the 5 Minute Cake in a Mug recipe.  It was too dry and lacked flavor.

So...I decided to play.  Review in about 3 minutes.

It was still a bit dry but I have an idea on how to fix it so I'll try the changes tomorrow.  In the meantime I'm eating it with a bit of ice cream on top.

It's not just the oil.  I already tried that.  I even tried it once with organic butter.

I need to decrease the flour a bit more and keep the liquid content the same.  I already upped the cocoa but I decreased the liquid just a bit and that didn't work.

I also added some liquor to get a better flavor.  Tonight I will try out my tweaks to see if it works.
