Hi ladies,
We are contemplating going back to the cloth diapers after taking a hiatus durring a long and drawn out move. The thing is we now have a fancy-smancy front loading washer and I *think* I remember reading on here that washing instructions for cloth dipes are slightly different, the amt. of soap perhaps? Also, we previosly used Purex Free and Clear w/ no probs but I am pretty sure that doesn't come in a HE version, so what, "available at every supermarket" cd friendly/HE detergent do you use?
Thanks in advance! I appreciate any info you may have to share!
Re: CD and front loader ?
It is pretty dead in here over the weekends. You might try asking again during the week.
I have a front loader and use charlies soap or tide original. The tide has enzymes so you have to be careful from an irritant to the babys skin prospect. You can check out pinstripesandpolkadots.com I think they have a review of a lot of detergents and they rank them for CD friendlyness. I just use about 1/2 or less of what the directions say and do an extra rinse at the end.
