sore spot

Just wondering if anyone has anything similar to this....yesterday I noticed a sore/tender spot on my stomach right next to my belly button. its so weird it feels like it's bruised but there is nothing there and I didn't hit it on anything. anybody have any ideas what the hell that could be? im not freaking out (yet) its just making me a little nervous that something is not right...or could this be normal and im just paranoid?? thanks
