I had Gallbladder surgery on Thursday.  For the first day I felt horrible but I am slowly starting to get better.  My restrictions are that I can't drive or lift until my follow up exam next week, however my restrictions don't say that I have to stay in the house.  I am starting to get Cabin fever and have spent a ton of time sleeping and resting over the past few days.  Do you think it would be a bad idea to make a quick shopping trip to target with DH and DD tomorrow to get some baby items and maybe just walk around a little?

I don't think that's a bad idea for your mental health especially! Just make sure it's short & you rest before & after. Hope you are all better soon...

I would go, but be prepared to make it a short trip in case you feel bad.

the driving restriction may just be because of pain but I say go, make dh drive and just take it easy and go with how your body feels.
