My prefolds are shredding!

Man, I can't believe they're wearing so much already. We've only been cding a year. I just noticed today when I was stacking them that the side folds are starting to get all threadbare and holey.

GMD Indian prefolds. They do get a heavy rotation since they're all I use but man I didn't think I'd be seeing that already.

I have an unbleached Chinese cotton one that's doing this - it's just one and I bought it new. It made me sad because I thought that prefolds were supposed to be the most durable. At least there is no elastic to worry about...
