What do you do with old CDs?

DH has 2 dresser drawers full of nothing but CDs.  We need these drawers for more important things.  He has put off dealing with them for 2 years and I'm done waiting.  What can I do with them?  Do I need to burn the music on to the computer or what?

We have hundreds of CDs in boxes in the garage. They're mostly all burned onto our iTunes but I can't figure out what to do with them, either. It's hard to part with them, for some reason.

We burned what we really wanted, then just posted on craigslist and sold them (just as a huge lot, not individually).
