This goofy cartoon on Adult Swim called Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The character's name is MC Pee Pants. IIt's kinda complicated because he came back a few times as different things (the spider, a cow, an old man that becomes a vampire, etc.) but he's always trying to take over the world or unleash hell in some overly complicated way. He always dies and gets sent back to hell and reincarnated in another form.
