Hey!  It's going okay.  I actually put it on hold for awhile b/c I looked into some daycare centers and there's one I really like.  I thought a nanny might be more cost-effective for 3 kids, but it's probably not. 

I couldn't find any nanny agencies in the area we're moving into either.  I got some interest from sittercity.  I live in a college town, so I get a lot of college-age girls applying...which is fine, but I really need consistency (not just someone for a semester) and 19-20 year-olds driving my kids around makes me pretty nervous.
