Yellow throw up

My baby is 5 weeks old and today she has been throwing up a lot. I am breastfeeding and it is definitely more than breast milk. And this last time she threw up there was a little bit of yellow in her vomit. Does anyone know what this could be?

    I don't know...my DS only had yellow spit up the first couple days when he was eating colostrum only.

    It could be some stomach bile.
    I know this is TMI, but I used to vomit that up when I was pregnant and had nothing on my stomach.

    Bile is a yellow-green color. Don't ask me what that means....

    sounds like bile and sounds like you should call your pedi to ask.  "normal" would be white or curdled...

    I called and she said to just monitor it and that it wasn't something to worry about. I'm still a little worried though.
