There is a concert I want to go to in September (silversun pickups) I will be around 17-18 weeks. It is a no smoking venue and I will be avoiding the pit haha. Do you think this is ok to do?
DH and i bought metallica tickets for november before i was pregnant, there is no way in hell i'm missing it, i think it will be fine, the baby might even start moving to the music!!
I went to about 6 or 7 shows when I was pregnant with my DD. So far this pregnancy I've been to 3 shows..one was at Wrigley Field and wasn't too loud, but on Monday I went to see Toad the Wet Sprocket at a small venue and the bass was insane LOL. It's totally fine.
My DD LOVES music and loves to dance and I think her "hearing" all the shows I went to has something to do with it. Hopefully she'll be a piano player like her mommy

I have U2 tickets in October. I made sure to get aisle seats just in case I need to get up for any reason, but I am excited to go. My neighbor went to see Justin Timberlake a couple years ago when she was 38.5 wks pregnant.
I've been to 3 concerts since finding out and I have tickets to 7 in September alone. Some are duplicate artists and GA tickets so I might cut back 2 or 3. I'm more worried about being on my feet for so long than anything else. The last show I went to (green day), I wore earplugs. My seats were very close to the stage/speakers and I was worried about getting a headache. It was very weird at first, but in the end I was able to hear the music a lot better over the crowd noise.
Re: concerts
I'm going to a concert Aug 17. I'm so pumped about it!
Go and have fun!
