J has been sleeping in his big boy underwear for 6ish week with no accidents, now he decides to have accidents. This morning I walk in and the first thing he says to me is, "momma I go tee-tee in the bed."
Sarah's PTing has been ebbing and *um* flowing too....it can feel discouraging sometimes. Sounds like you're being really brave with the nighttime underwear....he's bound to learn more quickly that way, even if in the short-term it means more laundry, which is definitely a PITA.
Re: pt...ugh
Ugh - I hate any PTing related laundry.

Man. At least you know he can do it - I'm sure he'll work it out in time.
I try to remember the absolute terror or cleaning cat pee and then small boy pee seems like a walk in the park.
Good luck.
