Hi ladies -?

?Just wondering if any of you had a low-lying placenta and how your delivery went. ?Mine is not previa but under 2 cm from my cervix. ?Until this point I was told that if didn't move I would have a c-section. ?Today the OB told me that they would allow me to have a vaginal delivery with close monitoring. ?

Obviously I don't want a c-section; but a lot of the research I have read says c-sections are generally done in this situation. ?I just want to have a safe delivery.

So did anyone have a similar situation with a low-lying placenta? ?And if so, did you deliver by c-section or vaginally? ??

I had previa from 12 weeks up until around 18 weeks with my son. After the previa resolved itself it was still low lying. I don't know exactly how low though because my OB never said. I was able to have a completely normal vaginal delivery with no problems what so ever. Good luck!
