If so, what will you put in it? In addition to his baby book, I've been keeping cards, his coming home outfit, his "first" outfits for holidays, a newborn diaper..things like that.

Yes, I have already started saving things although they aren't in any formal box or anything. They are just sitting in a plastic bin in her closet for now.
We have a very small one that I'm planning on putting the nursery/bassinet card in, our hospital bracelets and a few other tiny things. Her coming home outfit was cute but not something special enough to save and put away forever. I'd prefer she wear it.

Hmmm...not sure! I have things saved and I'm doing a baby book, but I haven't thought of putting certain things aside. I figure for holiday and 'first' outfits, if DD has a sibling (and in some outfit's cases) it's the right gender, I'd like the sibling to wear the outfits as well. I have little treasure boxes for her first haircut and first tooth lost and stuff like that. I guess at some point I'll box that stuff up! I have a wedding box, I might as well have a baby box!
We've got her coming home outfit, a newborn size diaper, a pair of teeny tiny baby socks, her 1st pair of shoes, a preemie onsie, a preemie t shirt & pants, and some other things. The day she was born, I had my dad get me a newspaper and some different magazines that were on stands so that when she's older, she can see what was going on in the world on the day she was born.
Re: Will you keep a Memory Box for your LO?
I need to get a baby book for DS. I suck.
I have his coming home blanket, hat, hospital bracelets for us and the nursery card thus far.
My LO wore his coming home outfit until he outgrew it. Then it went in the box.
