I THINK the u/s went well today?? You tell me!

But I wouldn't know because the Dr that was on this morning didn't say crap about it!

We go to an RE and we've been going every Friday for bw and u/s for the last several weeks.  We really liked the DR that was on the past few weeks.  He's informative and cheerful (for 7:00 in the morning). But this morning there was a different Dr covering. 

He just walks in and says, "Ok, lay back with your feet in the stirrups"

Well good morning to you too!!

Then he just sticks the dildo cam in me, does a little "hmm" once or twice.  We hear the hb for a couple seconds and then he just shuts everything off and goes " ok, we'll see you soon" and walks out before we even get a chance to say anything!

Now am I crazy for wanting some kind of explanation of how baby's development is coming along??!!  And also, if everything looked good, we were supposed to graduate to my OB, but he said "we'll see you soon".

We're waiting for the nurse to call me with the bw results as she does every week.  I'm a little antsy since she's later than usual today.

 Ugh.  WTF!  I hate being in the dark.

Boo to the covering Doctor. Maybe he didn't know that you were suppose to graduate not come back. Maybe becuase the normal Doctor wasn't there you will still need to come back to see him before he will release you. But there was still a heartbeat right. Hold on to that happy thought.

As far as waiting on the nurse to call.... I am waiting right there with you about ready to burst every time the phone rings.

Wow what an A$$.  I am so sorry your dr sucked today!  I would have ben pissed.  In fact I think DH would have walked out, grabbed the dr and pulled him back into the room and said "You have some 'splainin to do!"

Hopefully the nurse will call soon and you will get some more reassurance.

What the heck is wrong with that Dr?!!!! I would not have laid back until he at least said "good morning". I'm sorry your Dr was so crappy. My OB let me look at my LO for as long as I wanted, then we talked for a good 20 minutes afterwards. I hope your next appt is with an OB. ((Hugs))

Yay for the hb to start with!!! That is a very good sign!

But yes, boo to that dr! WTH??? I would be pi$$ed. I hope that your nurse calls soon, I'm sure she will be able to calm your nerves then. Until then, congrats on that hb again!!

Wow... sorry you had such a dud for a doc today!  But you heard the heartbeat!!!  That's awesome!  Hopefully you hear from the office soon!  I hate the not knowing!  Drives me crazy... especially if the information is available!!!

I am glad the Dr wasn't too concerned. I am sure he would have said something if he was. but I am also glad you won't be staying there much longer. That was pretty rude of him to act like that in your appt!
