Help! Back to taking showers during naps.

About a month ago DS started freaking out again (after being good for a few months) when I would get in the shower. (It's a stand-alone shower w/ glass doors not a shower curtain. So he can still see me) So I started showering during his morning nap but I'm getting tired of doing that. I like to do exercise videos in the morning before I shower but don't have time to do my morning things, exercise, and shower all during his nap. So this morning I decided to work out during nap time and try showering w/ him in his exesaucer right in front of the shower again. Epic fail. I mean he was coughing and sputtering he was so mad. And I'm only in the shower for a few minutes!

Here's what I've tried:
Putting him in his exesaucer
Putting him in his jumperoo
Putting him on a blanket on the floor w/ toys

All failed.

I try to play peek-a-boo w/ the shower door and that works for about 15 seconds..

Please tell me this is a phase and will end!!!!!!!!  What else should I try??

DD is actually worst if she is in the bathroom with me. My shower time is the only time she is allowed to watch 'tv'. I put her in her pnp and put on baby einstein.
