formula feeding and solids ?

hi my ds will be 5 months next week,i just started solids a little over a week ago,the problem is before we started solids he just started sttn for a week,soon after i started solids he is waking up again in the night 1 -2 times,he is on a schedule during the day,he takes 3 naps a day plus is still drinking same amount,i don't know why he is waking up again,i make him a bottle and he drinks it but sometimes he doesn't finish it and will only drink a few ounces,any suggestions?Plus do u feed your lo solids before or after they have a bottle?thanks for any help!!!

We do solids before bottle that why DS isn't full on the bottle.
