I'm sorry!!  I DID miss your page the other day! 

You have a Shiba too??!!  Isn't it just the greatest breed EVER?  I love my Kenobi so much.  Be careful, once I get started, I will talk about him all day!

What's your puppy's name?  Where did you get him/her?  There's an AMAZING breeder in NW Jersey where we got Kenobi.  She's had people come from all over the country (even as far as AZ) to get one of her dogs.  We still go visit now & then and Kenobi gets so excited to see them.

    Hi! Our Shiba is named Bailey, she is 5 years old. I love the breed and would love to get another but it's not really the best time with the baby on the way ;).

    Unfortunately about a year ago she got glaucoma in her left eye. We ended up having to remove it and only about 6 months later the other eye went. There was nothing we could do for it and she was in so much pain that this was the best option. She has adjusted so well to being blind. I think it was harder on DH and I than on her. She still plays and runs around, she's just much more cautious. 

    The puppies on that website are so cute....makes me really want another!!

    Aww!  Poor Bailey!  Poor little girl.  I'm happy she's coping with it ok.  Believe me, DH & I are always fighting ourselves from getting another.  We love them so much!

    Give Bailey kisses for me!!
