4 month shots

I didn't give M and pain meds till after her shots at her 2 month. So how soon before she gets the shot should I give her some?

about 20 minutes.  Or at the start of your appointment.

I was a bad mommy and forgot the tylenol, so Sara didn't get any.    She did just fine, though and only cried for two of the shots, not all four.

I think the normal recommendation is not to premedicate to make sure that your LO really needs them before you give them. She may have a more serious reaction to something this time because her immune system will recognize the immunization and kick into high gear. I'm wary for DD's 2nd DTaP in a few weeks because of this. Sigh.?

My pedi says I can give infant tylenol up to 1 hour before the appointment.
