OOOH, what a great offer.  I am planning to go out shopping some this weekend.  If I can't find enough to get us through, I would definitely be interested in taking you up on the loaned wardrobe.  I hate the thought of a third set of summer clothes.  I also love your idea of a swap/loan for clothing amongst the wonderful moms here.  How economical and eco friendly is that idea?  Love it!
