I ate NutriGrain bars like they were going out of style. I took one to bed with me every night so that it was there when I got up to feed at 3am!
Make sure you get plenty of protien during the day. Skip the toast for breakfast, try some eggs with sausage or bacon. Drink lots of milk, lots of water. I liked soups during the day too; easy, non-time consuming to make and I could eat and eat and eat! You could make a pot roast with veggies, eat on that a day or two then turn it into veggie soup! (That was easy for me to say, my mom did that exact thing for me!)

I have recently started having this problem. I am starving all the time! I have been eating junk so I'm glad you asked, so I can get some suggestions, too!
i went from never being hungry in the beginning to being impossible to fill up now. i find pasta filling. in the morning i do cereal or oat and honey cereal bars...
