Trouble sleeping

I wake up to use the bathroom and can't fall back asleep. This happens at least a few times a week. Anyone else? I guess we'll have to get used to waking frequently throughout the night. ?

Right here with you...I guess spending 2 hours checking email is not helping me either!

i totally hate wakin up to go pee lol. luckily i fall asleep right back, i think its cuz i dont fully ever wake up to go pee

Try not to turn on the bathroom lights when you go. That should help you fall back to sleep faster.

I had this for a few weeks but it has gone away now

Last night I was up 3 or 4 times and the last couple times it was so frustrating not being able to get back to sleep. I tossed and turned and finally gave up when DH accidentally elbowed me in the boob. OUCH!

I hope this fades away soon.
