I use California Baby. ?I get it at Target. ?DH and I use cloth diapers for DS so we have to be careful about the rash cream we use - it has to be cloth diaper friendly. ?CA Baby is all natural, which is an extra plus and makes me feel good about putting it on DS's skin. ?I put it on DS only when he looks like he may be getting a little red and slightly irritated. ?Always seems to soothe his skin quite nicely.

I love Aquaphor. O has really sensitive skin and Aquaphor works wonders on him. I try to use it after poopy diapers. If I see signs of a rash I use it after every diaper.
* I should also add that O has had a ton of rashes. He was MSPI and I didn't know it for a long time.
Triple paste or balmex. when i was a nanny i used these and they both worked well. and i would put it after every diaper change. a few days ago i noticed dd's butt looked a little red and i put some balmex by the end of the day it was back to normal.HTH
Butt Paste-- love it! I tried Desitin b/c that's what my mom used and it was just yuck. I love Butt Paste b/c it wipes off easily, doesn't smell, and works w/just one use.
I CD so I only use it when there is the first sign of a diaper rash, which has only happened 2x so far. **fingers crossed**
My first DD had a never-ending diaper rash when she was a baby. The only thing that helped her (besides the pediatric dermatologist lol) was Triple Paste - in the giant tub. The stuff in the tube was not as thick.
Fortunately my LO hasn't had any rashes so far, so we don't use anything. Thank goodness.

I use Arbonne. I've only put it on a couple of times and I only use it when the folds look a little red. Usually after one application, the redness goes away.

I've been using Desitin but I hate it. I wanted to use Mrs. Myers Diaper Balm but the hospital wouldn't let me use any diaper cream (wtf??) and by the time he got home he was getting pretty red, and the Mrs. Myers is more preventative rather than a treatment.
I think I'm going to get some Butt Paste. Desitin is impossible to wipe off completely!!
I used Butt Paste but only if my DD looks a little red. She's never had a diaper rash and so I've only used it once or twice when I was paranoid that the red spot on her butt might be the start of a rash. (turned out to be nothing) I just wipe really well and that's it. So far no problems. Good Luck!
BUTT PASTE! my little one had a diaper rash after i brought him home from the hospital & butt paste is a total life saver!!! I happened to try Destin just because i know that's what my mom used on me but it doesn't work nearly as good as the butt paste!

I use Butt Paste. It works really well and DS gets diaper rashes all the time. Poor Baby. He has one now
Desitin didn't have the same amout of Zinc that the Butt Paste does. Which I hear that the more Zinc the better?
