Two Under 2

Forgot what it is like

to only have 1 child. DS is spending a few days with my parents so it is just DD and I all day until DH comes home. I have gotten so much done while she naps. I am also enjoying getting to have so much one-on-one with her as that never happens. I miss my little man like crazy but it has been a nice break for a few days. DD is sleeping better while he is gone too. I guess he is too loud during the day...he doesn't quite understand being quiet yet. I wouldn't trade either of them for anything in the world but man only having 1 is much easier although having 2 makes life more interesting and rewarding.

Re: Forgot what it is like

  • I'm kinda in the opposite boat now that mine are older.

When one of them is gone the other is very demanding of my time.

When they're both together they entertain each other.

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
