I am canning 7 quarts of green beans.  That the same as 14 pints, which is about the complete amount I put up last summer.

All these beans are from picking on Monday and today.  I'm think my green bean crop is going to be very plentiful this year, lol!

That's fabulous - I don't think we'll have much of a bean crop at all this year.  I don't know what I'm going to do with all the zucchini it looks like we'll be getting, though.
