Really concerning pain!!! help

okay, i have been having cramps for a few hours now, right about my pelvis bone. about an hr ago, i have a pain in my back, down at my tailbone, that is so bad i cant even walk without sharp pain paralyzing me. sitting, breathing, its like im dying!!! any ideas to what it is? suggestions!

Cramping w/ pain is something to be concerned about. Drink a lot of water and call your doctor ASAP.

whenever I tell my doc I have cramping she asks if there is blood and I always say no and then she blows the cramping off and says there is nothing wrong....so I guess I would tell you the same thing!?!?
