Buying a house out of state sure sucks.  I wish I was there so we could just go in and measure stuff ourselves and be there when they are doing the work so we could see the progress.  I hate doing everything by email, especially oking the plans.  

 Ok - vent over.... other than that, we are so excited.  We are trying to close by sept 14th. So less than 2 months and we will be there.  I could scream Im so excited.

I can't imagine closing on an out of state house.  We are stressed out just trying to organized closing on our current and new houses and they are both here in Texas!

I feel ya!!  We bought this house without even seeing it!! 

yay for the house though.  I say the photo you posted, it looks beautiful, so exciting!
