I called the agency today and they said that it means that they are looking for AA or Hispanic couples.  And the best part is Interracial couples are included in that!! Which is great for us!!! They said that they are looking for more AA/Hispanic couples to adopt because apparently they are not adopting.

So, we have a domestic meeting in November to get started!!!  I know it's four months away, but it will give us all that time to save up the money!!!  Woohoo!! I'm so excited!!!  Thanks for everyone's assistance who helped!!!
