Quick Hello

Hi Ladies,

Sorry I've been MIA, but I've been being lazy around the house with our little James and getting used to this new life. It's absolutely incredible. He is a fantastic sleeper and would sleep all night if I'd let him. I have to wake him up every four hours or so to feed him but he goes to bed at 10-11ish and wakes up for the day at 8-9ish. It's pretty awesome, so I'm not too sleep deprived! Breastfeeding was a bit rocky for the first few days, but now he eats like a champ and we haven't had any real issues. I haven't pumped yet, so we've been EBF for about 2 weeks. I think I will go get a pump this weekend and start up my supply for when I have to go back to work at the end of August.

Anyway, I just wanted to give everyone a quick update! And if you have any questions for a new mom, let me know, I'd be happy to help!

He's so beautiful!! I think we overlapped on one of the boards months ago. I'm so thrilled to see that everything worked out for you. Your son is precious and I'm so glad to hear the transition's been smooth!
