Sorry I didn't respond to your post below... I must have been sleepy when I was on this morning b/c I missed it.

Anyhow, Charlotte is doing good.   She eats good, sleeps good, I really can't complain.  She's very calm and is just a happy baby, always smiling at everyone.  And she's finally starting to take to a pacifier and a bottle!  She put up a fight about that for a little while but she is coming around, thankfully.  Ava is doing good also.  She's pretty much adjusted to everything by now and will ask "where's sissy?" if she doesn't see Charlotte in the morning, and she'll bring her blankets and ask to hold her.  She definitely had some moments of frustration when she realized we were keeping Charlotte, but she seems to have gotten through it pretty well.  The two things that I think have made a big difference: 1) encouraging more independent play for Ava (I felt guilty about this at first but to my surprise she is absolutely fine not having her mom in her face 24/7) and 2) one-on-one time with her, even if it's just to the library or to Kroger and she gets to push a mini shopping cart around and help mommy out.  It's such a big deal to her, and to me too!
