Anyone ever have an ovarian cyst?

I have been having lower abdominal pain for a few weeks and finally got an ultrasound yesterday. They don't see any cysts or fibroids or anything like that, but said that there is a lot of fluid showing up (which explains the full, bloated, pressured feeling I have). Has anyone ever baen through this and if so,
