BF/Pumping Update

So Monday I posed how much trouble I was having after coming back to work.  I called an LC on Tuesday and she suggested I pump 3 times at work instead of 2.  I started this yesterday and would just like to say that I was actually FULL this morning!!!!    Not engorged full, but full none the less!  This is great since last night when he wanted to nurse I only had enough for him to actually get milk for like 4 minutes on each side. WOOHOOO!!!!  It will take a few more days for my supply to get up completely, but hey, I'm happy with any small progress!

woohoo!!  going back to work can mess w/ your supply but pumping 3 times will help you keep up.  That is how many times I pump.
